GAINS OVER GUILT is a 6 week at home program built with moms in mind. FOR MOMS. BY A MOM.

As a mom, I know how hard it is to put yourself first and we often feel guilty doing it. We think we "should" be doing something else......but we can't pour from an empty glass. That's why I created GAINS OVER GUILT.

Each workout should take roughly 45 minutes, perfect while on a time crunch! There are 4 workouts a week for a total of 6 weeks. Multiple variations of full body, upper body, and lower body splits.

You can do this program at your own pace, start whenever you want, and also repeat this program multiple times.

FOR THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL NEED: A set of dumbbell(s), a booty band, and a resistance band with handle set.
